Has anyone used these? I have a MC 3.5” GC lift and 40s. Running 4” bump up front and I’m running into the issue shown in the below pic…bump stop and pad not lining up to the point where I’m barely making any contact. Yes my axle is centered. These RJ extensions look like they would do the trick but I’m looking for feedback.

I figure running these with 2” bottom puck spacers would line up much better than what I have now.

I have no feedback but run into the similar issue, where my fancy Teraflex jounce bumpstops compressed and folded sideways. That really that big of a deal but I put this on my list to upgrade the next time I pull the springs.

I had the same issues with oem jounce, I replaced them with MC. They don’t compress to the metal, and they conform to the pucks.. still not a direct hit, but through testing, they hit well enough to work….. the RJs look promising, and should work well….here’s pics, best I could get with compressed coil, lol..

Thanks for the pics. They also highlight another issue with the stack shifting around under load. I had the springs pulled and was adjusting my bumps, and with everything moving around, I’m like “where is my actual bump limit?” Either the pucks shift or the foam bump stop starts getting chewed up from the kicks going up through it to the metal jounce, and then the jounce starting to eat into the puck material.

Do you have your Long arms on yet, that also helps, the axle moves forward significantly less under compression….

Unfortunately no, the long arms are still sitting in boxes in the garage. Haven’t had a break to even start.

Interesting, I wonder if it will catch the spring at full droop on the short arms when the axle rotates rearward.
