If you have unplanned delays, go four-wheeling to pass the time. If you can't drive it, spend some time on JLWF reading the JEEP HUMOR or "ADMIN, PLEASE DELETE" threads. 🍻
Oh thanks for your support :D

The only thing I have against Quadratec is that I never did win one of their free Jeep giveaways. I entered those things so many times over the years… what’s a guy gotta do around here to win a free Jeep?! 🤷‍♂️😂

I've placed three orders from them. 1 was just as it should have been. the stealth light bar , well, bring an electrician is how that was saved. Hood locks were garbage. After the light and latches I had enough. I won't order from them.

sometimes you're better off buying direct...
This is good advice. I also recommend doing this against Amazon; when a product is available on manufacturers' site, I always go for manufacturer when final pricing is immaterially different. More money goes into the business and less to the middleman so I see the trivial additional time it takes to investigate as well worth it as it is a way to support good businesses.

I've said it before....

But Quadratec used to be THE place for Jeep parts. I'm talking early 2000s. Getting their catalog used used to make me feel like a kid at Christmas time. They had everything and were attentive to their customer base

Then they got cocky and complacent. Other companies came in and stole their lunch.

Now all they do is push their own crappy version of just about everything for Jeep.

Since getting my JL, NorthRidge 4x4 has been my go to vendor, and the same goes for a lot of people on this forum. They have spectacular customer service (you can actually talk to a REAL person), and have a very large selection of parts.

I rarely even glance at a Quadratec magazine anymore. Even if they have a slightly lower price, I'll still go to NorthRidge 4x4

I bought a receiver hitch from Quadratec and it was defective (made slightly too narrow for a standard 2” ball mount to slide in). Emailed support and they shipped out a new one the next day. Annoying that I had to remove and reinstall but I was impressed with the service.

I've never had issues with Quadratec or Northridge. The one place i don't buy from is 4wheelparts. They consistently will show items in stock that they know are on backorder from the manufacturer. They sucker you in to make the purchase at a slightly lower price before you find out much later. If something is out of stock or back ordered on every other site, don't believe their lies! Lol. Quadratec has always matched or beat their price when i call and i think they still give forum members a small discount.

The ONLY suggestion I will make about ordering from Northridge 4X4 (and it is on me for not really reading the return policy) MAKE SURE if you are buying a big (heavy weight item) that it is 100% the one you want because to return it/replace it, the shipping back is on your dime and that cost (especially if you got everything shipped to you for free) hurts the pocket and will be an unfortunate expenditure you were not expecting, especially on a tight budget.

Hi guys, I placed an order two weeks ago and was hoping they would ship my RCV shafts soon. Two days ago, I decided to call and ask for shipping information. I waited on hold for an hour, no answer. Still no reply to my email either, and the stupid online bot just kept giving me the same answers to all of my questions, no real help at all.
Does anyone know what's going on with them? What has your experience been like with Quadratec?
Good afternoon Giorgi,

Hi there! First, we want to extend our sincere apologies for the delay and for the frustrating experience you've had trying to get an update. We've been experiencing an unusually high volume of orders and support requests lately, which has unfortunately impacted our call wait times and email response speed more than we'd like. We completely understand how frustrating that can be.

Regarding our online chat bot—it's designed to assist with quick, general questions, but you can always ask it to connect you with a live agent for more detailed support.

Looking into your order, I see you've already been in touch with one of our chat agents, who was able to submit the cancellation request for you this morning. I’ll be sure to follow up with you via private message as soon as we receive confirmation from the manufacturer and process your refund.

We truly appreciate your patience and your business. Thank you for reaching out directly—we hope to have the opportunity to serve your Jeep needs again in the future.

Wishing you a great holiday weekend!
Ice :)

Thanks for sharing your experience with them, unfortunately, I'm currently dealing with a nightmare situation with Quadratec right now
Hang in there and work through the chat feature. I think in the end they will do the right thing. It's just exhausting dealing with them when there is any issue.

Edit: Sounds like sorted it out for you.

Really that’s so weird. I had such a great experience. I ordered a new bumper with preinstalled fog lights, and one of them was leaking water into the light. So I called they answered right away and the guy said I will send you out a new bumper and then just take whatever you need off of it and send it back. So I did
