Hi guys, I placed an order two weeks ago and was hoping they would ship my RCV shafts soon. Two days ago, I decided to call and ask for shipping information. I waited on hold for an hour, no answer. Still no reply to my email either, and the stupid online bot just kept giving me the same answers to all of my questions, no real help at all.
Does anyone know what's going on with them? What has your experience been like with Quadratec?

I always log into my account and use their live chat. No issues either them.

Thank you for your reply. Their live chat wasn’t helpful for me, it wasn’t even a real person, just a bot

Well that sucks. Maybe you should cancel and go to north ridge4x4?
If I’m able to cancel the order, I’ll definitely buy from another vendor instead. I’ve never dealt with Northridge4x4 before, but I’ve never had any issues with ExtremeTerrain.

I’ve had good experiences with north ridge and extreme terrain. I think extreme terrains return policy has gotten a bit stricter in recent months

I’ve purchased a lot of items from Quadratech with no issues.
Thanks , My RCV shafts were a third-party item, so maybe they’re on the way, but the worsts part is that I have no shipping information at all. I have read some threads here where people said Quadratec completely forgot to ship their third-party orders. One guy said he waited a month, called them, and they apologized, saying they had forgotten to place the order

Everything I have bought so far has come from quadratec. No issues. Being a new Jeep owner I don't have brand loyalty to either. But everything I have got so far has been cheaper over there. They don't send out the four yext messages and emails a day that Extreme Terrain does once they get your cintact info either.

Thanks! Have you ever bought any third party items from them?

sometimes you're better off buying direct, especially at the same price. My last set I purchased direct and they threw in a hat ;)

for future reference, try to find a vendor who has the parts in stock
Yeah, that’s a good point.
ive never had issues with N4x4 as well as Marcus at @River City Offroad he drop ships everything but he is on top of it and has excellent communication, as well as pricing. i check with him first to see if he can get the item. and HE"S the guy you deal with, each and every time.
Well, I’ll keep that in mind for my next order.
quadratec is pretty solid. they posted they had some staffing issues once covid started. i guess theyre still affected by it. they may do the most business out of all them possibly. theyre the only online jeep vendor i ever see stickers for on jeeps on the streets, and perhaps 4wp. so they may have more business than staffing can handle. just a guess.
Yeah that's true. I've also heard about this issue with Quadratec
