Actually it’s a goldfinch, seagulls are just rats with wings. Speaking of wings, I’m pretty sure birds can fly away if they sense danger coming after them. Just thinking out loud. Ironically, the guy has 392 on his license plate

Evidently seagulls are protected under the International Migratory Bird Act.

I don’t think of seagulls as “Migratory” but evidently because they are considered a Marine species, they get more protection than they appear to need.

I have no use for anyone who causes needless harm to animals, ok except Possums , I think that this guy deserves some Significant Consequences for his actions, but I don’t see a need for special protection for seagulls.

Nah, possums are good dudes. Fuckers can eat 5,000 ticks a season. My wife got Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever off a tick bite, so possums are alright.
