That's pretty awesome. I actually thought about doing the same. I think the red white and blue proper colored flag would be really awesome on there, but I feel like I'd want it done in a very professional looking manner.. maybe a project for a quiet Saturday with a paintbrush.. 🤙🍻
Paintbrush??? I was thinking some rattle cans and some tape. :like:

Ok @Tredsdert, I bought these mirrors and installed them, cranking them down like you suggested. They seem pretty solid.

However, when I noticed the flag on the back, I decided that it should be highlighted. So the mirrors were taken apart, and painted. The back of the mirrors were painted white to shine through the holes/slots in the metal stamping.

Here is the finished product. It might have to be touched up or changed a little, but I think it turned out pretty good.

28 - nope, 23 - stars and 17 stripes. Must have slipped past quality control at the otherwise meticulous ticklepandafunfun factory.

Hey! I only saw 23 stars. Is that the numbers of blue states or the red states in this country? ;)

Trimmed up my exhaust pipe this morning, no more rattling now!

I was going to do it last night, but I figured 8 p.m. on a Sunday isn't really fair to my neighbors to be running the angle grinder. 8 a.m. on a Monday is a different story.

I'm taking a page from the book of @Ratbert and painting my fuel filter skid plate.

I was going to go with gold, but I've been wanting to get rid of this red paint can for a minute now. I've had it for about 3 years.

I rather hear the grinder at 8pm than 8 am.
No one is sleeping at 8 pm, what's a matter with you? 🤣

I will say there are a couple of retired people on my block, however they're all blue collar people, so they wake up at like 5:00 a.m. everyday.

If you're still sleeping at 8:00 a.m. on a monday, you need to put down the joint and get your life together! ;) :CWL:
Why in the world would I get up at 8 am on a Monday? I'm retired!

Retired blue collar workers get up at 5 am. I don't think so.

Here's a demonstration of a retiree at 8 am to the sound of a grinder. 👇

My dad spent 50 years waking up at 3:30 in the morning, now he's been retired for the last 10 years and he still wakes up at 5:00 a.m. everyday. He says he can't sleep past 6:00. Wakes up on autopilot.

I get that, my alarm goes off every morning at 4:00 a.m. on my days off I autopilot wake up at 6:00 a.m.

I guess it depends what kind of job you had before you retired. I mean my brother works a typical 9 to 5:00. Wakes up at 8:00 a.m., works from home, clocks out at 5:00, I'm sure on the weekends he'll sleep till 10:00.

In a few instances where I've slept past 9:00 a.m., when I woke up I've felt like I wasted my whole day before it even started.
Yeah, that makes sense. I've worked 2nd shift my entire life, so I still sleep in. 😁

It's got a really nice shine to it. That gloss came out really well. Not sure how long it's going to last... 🤷‍♂️

Should match well with my factory Rubicon shocks and my ARB differential covers when I get those on!
I used stickers on mine thinking I was cool. They all tore off first time out! Good luck.

At least the paint will leave a witness mark on what you run so you'll know the trail better each time.

I might like to get something like that, where did you get that from, did it bolt right on or you had to drill & tap?

Hell yeah I'm still sleeping at 8am on Mondays. Unfortunately I have an 8:15 alarm set to make sure I get the garbage out those days. Otherwise I wake up whenever as long as I'm up in time for our first meetings at about 10. Working from home implies that pants are optional.
