It's common practice in this area. Go to the Koons website, it will be listed in the fine print that the discounted price does not include the processing fee or freight. I wouldn't say they are ripping people off, it's just misleading when they list the full price including freight, then the discount and a discounted price, then add freight back in. For orders I would bet they give you the discounted price, then add freight and the processing fee, but at least you know the total when ordering, but when you see a price on their website that gets you to the dealer and then they add it back in it's just uncool.You or someone you've heard of has experienced that with Koons? Many, many people here have bought from Koons without unexpected charges.
I would immediately update the spreadsheet if that was occurring.
