Ordering a 25 this week looking for advice

You or someone you've heard of has experienced that with Koons? Many, many people here have bought from Koons without unexpected charges.

I would immediately update the spreadsheet if that was occurring.

It's common practice in this area. Go to the Koons website, it will be listed in the fine print that the discounted price does not include the processing fee or freight. I wouldn't say they are ripping people off, it's just misleading when they list the full price including freight, then the discount and a discounted price, then add freight back in. For orders I would bet they give you the discounted price, then add freight and the processing fee, but at least you know the total when ordering, but when you see a price on their website that gets you to the dealer and then they add it back in it's just uncool.

They did not play this game with my order. I asked the other 2 guys if they got games on pick up they did not. They are upfront about their 995 processing fee and the only freight is on the vehicle invoice.

When my ram was ordered it was like 6 weeks order to delivery. Not bad. Hopefully the rebates go up and save me some dough LOL.

I also need to clean up my detached garage and make room to hang doors and such on the wall.

It was pretty bad when I ordered mine during COVID. Five months for it to be built, then another month for AEV to top it off.

Covid was crazy for car buying. I luckily had bought in 2019 so didn’t need to. My friends though some of them paid the over msrp crap. I’d have walked first.

There are 200 I2024 ICE Wranglers in the Houston area and 800 2025 models. Maybe he can't find exactly what he wants, but that isn't the same thing as there aren't any in caps, which is bad behavior. Chill.

looking for a 2 for greatly cuts availability. Wanting granite crystal cuts it further. The few I did find were more expensive than ordering. So it made sense to just order as I do not need it today. Plus I will get the cool window sticker with my name on it I can frame on the garage wall.

What's a CE Wrangler? If you meant ICE, then to be clear: all Wranglers have an internal combustion engine. Some have an eTorque-based assist, others have a more complete hybrid system, while some have neither. They're all, however, fundamentally ICE.
