Off Road Pages Update Status...

I got my update this morning. The screen indicated it would take 25 minutes but I don’t think it took that long.

Haha...maybe. I'd just like it to show up and not be buggy for my Moab trip next month.

There may be another thread on here that I haven't found yet but in the event that there isn't, I'm starting this one.

I noticed over the weekend that the I've lost my Off Road Pages after the big OTA update that everyone was getting in the last week and a half ago or so. I've looked everywhere for them and haven't been able to find them. This is a bunch of horse-hockey as far as I'm concerned. What's up @JeepCares? The pages were working just fine after I received the OTA update and then, POOF...now they're gone! I thought we were good to go and that this was going to be a non-issue going forward but I guess I was wrong. Why push them out only to take them away??? I don't understand FCA's logic at all...but I do want my ORPs...I paid for them and I expect to have them! Has anyone else noticed that they've also lost the ORPs???

I lost my ORP's in may the day after I bought my jeep and haven't seen them yet. I've yet to get a update for jack shit and I believe there's been two OTA's so far.

I got it and still have it. It does take maybe 1-2 minutes to load after turning on the vehicle.

Received my update Monday 9/17. As of Friday 9/21 they were gone and no where to be found. Jeep should be embarrassed by the botched roll out! @JeepCares

Same here. Did the update, had ORP. Now, after a few days, gone. Sure would like to know what is going on.

For whatever reason, likely bad software engineers, you have to wait a few minutes after the system boots up and it will appear again. Annoying and weird, but a fun quirk we have to deal with.

Believe me...I've waited plenty and know how the system works. The system boots up just fine...the icon is gone...again...and is nowhere to be found. I had the ORPs last weekend and they worked just fine after the update and now this past weekend, they are gone. You can call it a "quirk" if you'd like but I call it just plain CRAP...and no...we shouldn't have to deal with it if we paid for it and it is expected.
