With the 4xe, I have the same torque as the 392(and a couple hundred extra Lbs weight), but still have the 4.10's to help with larger tires. Since my tire/wheel combination is only 87Lbs and these are mini 37's, I don't feel any need to regear. Perhaps if I pulled a trailer often, but certainlly not for my normal, daily or weekend use. 8th gear is used slightly less on the highway and I notice it shifting to 7th more frequently than stock, but there is so much power in reserve, I've not had any problems. I really like these tires.LOL - with the torque of a V8, I doubt you would have issues running 3.45 gears. You will be fine just like the 2.0T will have less issues than the 3.6L
