Mine has been perfect...just like you would expect it to work! Sunday through today. I hope its a permanent fix.

I haven't washed mine since getting it almost 3 weeks ago. I haven't washed the handles or anything either. It just started working again all on its own. I wonder if there was an update pushed out? I have no idea how these things update (or if there's a notification).

I still have just been putting my hand around the handle softly, gently - caressing my baby. I don't pull on the handle until it's unlocked. She's been unlocking immediately for the last 3-4 days. Same with pressing the button to lock it.
I think the fix is to just be gentle with him/her.
I concur. My passive entry still works flawless after 1-week and I just checked and my UConnect is up to date as well.So there was an idea that some of us did not update Uconnect and that is why were arent having issues. Well if you go to https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html check to see if you need an update. I don't, mine said I was up to date. So the idea of someone updateing and getting this issue is kida out the window.
I did some light mud / snow over the weekend. Splashed a bit of mud on the bumpers and wheel wells. Passive entry is still working on first touch.
