However, I've had had my Nacho JLU for little more than a week, and it's still pretty stock. When I drive this one it's like I don't exist.
Same here- in 7 months I can't recall that anybody has waved at my Sport. Probably because I have smaller tires than anybody else in my 3 million population area.

Waves that I received are down 90%. I can even initiate the wav and people just blow right by me as if I'm not there..lol
LOLOLOL the Jeep wave is nice, but none of us should feel obligated or shunned for it.

Any manual Transmission owners out there feel bad when you see a Jeep coming at an intersection but you can’t waive because you’re shifting or turning and shifting? Keeps me up at night when I can’t wave back.

I'll bet if you drive around in 30 degrees in your Nacho with the top and doors removed you will get lots of waves, and total strangers will toss quarters at you, too...

Shiii... better be dolla’ bills!

Thank you but which day did I win? That post was from yesterday.
the committee reserves the right to award any day’s win on any day it so chooses without further inquiry or explanation.

thank you for your understanding.

nah, I always take my hand off the wheel to do a full wave and/or do an awkward switch over with my shifting hand. you just need more practice.

I’ve definitely noticed I get a lot more waves when my Jeep is naked.

But I have excessive wander and dead spot. Taking my hand off the wheel means I crash into a light pole.

I try to wave when I remember to do so, and appreciate when others wave back. Always puts a smile on my face.

It is the way.

I’ve noticed I don’t get waves from the JL crowd in my area. We will see if that changes when my order comes in and I am no longer in my JK. If I don’t get a wave I just assume they are new Jeepers and have not heard of or researched the phenomenon after they get waved at.

There's no double standard. I wave at modded Jeeps and I don't wave at soccer moms. Unless she's hot.
