I send State Farm Insurance about $19000 a year on all of our junk.As well as living in Alabama. Good luck with that rate in CA...lol. Tho group discount on all of your rides def helps but man that still adds up!
Man... That sucks.I hate all of you. Stupid NYC
This is USAA at 1k/1k deductible, parked in my own driveway at 30 years old, no points and barely 7k miles per year.
At least it's cheaper than the Mustang.![]()
I remember barely paying $80 for full coverage when I use to work in Georgia.
Did you check other insurance companies? In in NJ and when I added my 18 year old and another car they doubled my insurance to $7,000 a year for 3 cars. I priced around and got it for more then 1/2 off with another insurance company. And NJ rates are high for insuranceI hate all of you. Stupid NYC

It's all the same here in NYC. They will rape you regardlessDid you check other insurance companies? When I first got off active duty I got a quote from USAA it was higher than Progressive, so I went with Progressive. At the time I did not have any accounts with USAA. A few years later I decided to get it quoted again after having moved all my financial services over to USAA. The quote this time was less than what I was currently paying. There are some good discounts when you have multiple services. It may be worth looking into moving everything to USAA.It's all the same here in NYC. They will rape you regardless
Yup, I have EVERYTHING under USAA, and I love it. Claims have always been a breeze in the past for me with USAA.When I first got off active duty I got a quote from USAA it was higher than Progressive, so I went with Progressive. Personally, I love the fact that all my financials and insurance are in one place and when I connect via the internet they all come up on one page. Its great having everything in one place.
So with Umbrella coverage...Umbrella policy here. Got to CMA! Too many people driving by in &500k-$1m vehicles everyday to chance it.
The umbrella policy holder would have underlying limits that you would need to meet before they will issue the policy. So with Umbrella coverage...
Wouldn't it be possible to choose the bare minimum damage and bodily injury liability limits on the auto (and possible home) insurance policy, and just let the umbrella policy cover any liability over what the auto policy would cover? If so, that sounds like it might come out cheaper.
Ok, thanks. The umbrella policy holder would have underlying limits that you would need to meet before they will issue the policy.
I am sorry, I semi worded this incorrectly. The umbrella policy holder would have underlying limits that you would need to meet before they will issue the policy.
