I did the same but I'm also going to follow @Halfdoor 's warning. When looking up info on lowering the comp some sites warned against multiple claims. 3 claims in 3 years isn't a hard and fast rule from what I read but I'll probably pay out of pocket if it looks like I'll exceed that. The sites I looked at said that some insurance companies don't see a glass as a claim which calculates into your rate but some do.
