I've gotten to know the UPS and FedEx guys so well that they honk and wave, even if they don't have anything for me. I know more about their lives and families, than my own out of state family members.

If they are not delivering parts everyday, you are doing it wrong.

Picked up my JLU Sahara yesterday. Ordered the Quadratec mats before I got it. Just got in on the Oracle Lights pre order last night. Was seaching Craigslist and found a set of take-off Rubicon tires/wheels and suspension. I've been trying to hold off on that purchase but when I'm driving around with my daughter and she sees a Jeep with bigger tires and says "that looks cool" it gets tempting.

I have $9,000 into my 2020...winch, skids, lift, tires, lighting, etc, etc........make sure you keep an itemized list with price that you share with your insurance carrier. I pay about $50 more per year to insure the additions...

Welcome to the club. Now, make sure you go out and get your Jeep dirty when it arrives and all the goodies are installed. ;)

I'm small time. My Sarge Green Rubi, 2 door, stick, 8.4" is somewhere in Oregon looking for ocean passage to Maui. I've only "wish listed" my floor mats, rear package mat, sill protectors, hood lifts. I'll get what we call Wet Okole seat covers when it arrives (wet suit seat covers, a must in Hawaii). I'm also going to look into a winch and bumper, just to do it. I'm way behind you folks!

My 2021 JLUR is not even due until late November and I have already ordered $1500 in accessories. Does anyone have the phone number for the national psychiatric helpline and is there a 12 step program?
I feel this. I’ve spent $8k in parts for mine and it’s yet to be built
my buddy Jonathan followed my lead on a diesel order and he’s almost $30k into parts and lagging behind mine. It’s his First Jeep too. It’s a sickness

Retired from Corrections....I have stories.
I had the 37s mounted on bead locks almost 7 months before I ordered my Jeep. There was $6,000 worth of stuff sitting in the garage and spare bedroom before it came in and I am over $13,000 worth of stuff now. I would like to say it is slowing down, but it is not.

The Jeep also caused me to spend money on other stuff not for the Jeep per say, but for Jeeping in general. Better camp chairs, skottle, generator, awnings, camper, various other camping upgrades and Jeep travel. That probably added another $25,000 in the last year.

Do I want it to end, nope. Headed to Rausch Creek in a couple weeks.

My wife has spent almost $4000 on her 16-year-old daughters jeep that she has just had for a week and now they want me to clean out the garage so they can get both of their jeeps in at the same time.
