I assumed it was on his budget, since he was trying to decide between that 2024 and two other Jeeps.I would agree with this statement if it is within your budget to do so. Everything Gato noted is a plus (Some may not agree regarding the screen update, but having both I can tell you that I do like it a lot. The 8.4" on our 2018 is still great, though.). They definitely made some adjustments in noise-dampening. I was surprised by that, actually, but it's noticeable. And yes, the steering, while not perfect, is way better than the early models like our 2018 that I had to go through a lot of upgrades to get where it feels super-solid.
I'm a firm believer that model year, specially after a refresh (like JK 2012 or JL 2024) trumps mileage within reason for desirability. Mileage does not mean much, in my opinion. Often the high mileage vehicles have longe highway drives, and low miliage vehicles have short drives and lots of cycles with the engine never getting to temp. That is why in the aircraft work, we count cycles, in addition to hours.
(I agree, that the 8.4" Uconnect is still very good - screen should not be a strong deciding factor between the two)
