Both felt like I was on my bumper and on my side from the drivers seat......
I’ve since been back to that spot and found out that my off-road pages only goes to 25 on the roll. The wife put an app on her phone and this was the actual number......../heroworship
Nice! So maybe I went past 25 too. It sure felt like it.I’ve since been back to that spot and found out that my off-road pages only goes to 25 on the roll. The wife put an app on her phone and this was the actual number........
I don’t know if they’re all like that or if mine is broken, haven’t looked into it.
You probably were, I noticed it when I would feel the jeep lean a little more and the number wasn’t changing so that’s when the wife got to the bottom of it, lol.Nice! So maybe I went past 25 too. It sure felt like it.
Just got back from Moab when my Rubi was still stock. I hit 46 going up more than once, but that was on slick rock. Believe it or not, but the first obstacle on Hells Revenge is 46.
Yep!This was 31 degs pitch on Broken Arrow Trail in Sedona a couple hours ago. Felt fine because it's so short and well-traveled. I stopped looking at a roll that was headed past 20. Roll makes me pucker if I don't know my line well.
Beautiful trail with some fun rocks steps to climb (and fall down). Fairly stock Rubi, and no trouble with any of it. Heard a lot of Tacos and 4Runners scraping and draggin ass on the steps.
Oh yeah. Any bone stock rubicon (2 or 4) is 100% fine. I've found that usually the 4 doors have easier times. They definitely did on hells gate. The 4 door in our group had all 4 wheels on the ground the whole time.Hell's Revenge and Fins n' Things are next on my list for this fall. Hope the longer wheelbase on the JLUR isn't an issue. But I think lots of people do those bone-stock in them. Thoughts?
That's downright terrifying right there!I’ve since been back to that spot and found out that my off-road pages only goes to 25 on the roll. The wife put an app on her phone and this was the actual number........

Stupid is the word you’re looking for.........because it was. It was a butt clinched moment for sure...what’s funny is how nonchalant I was when I thought it was only 25........... but it did feel like the wife could have just pushed me over with one hand...lol.That's downright terrifying right there!
Honestly this is dangerous. This is worse than having no gauge at all. If that was to be the max in the programming, they should have changed 25 to MAX or make the gauge RED or something to let you know it is out of range of operation.I’ve since been back to that spot and found out that my off-road pages only goes to 25 on the roll.
