Despite having felt pads taped to the windshield bolt heads, a rattle returned from my sun visor area (2018 JLUR). After a quick look it was clear the culprit was the mirror cover vibrating against the plastic windshield molding above it. I then noticed the rubber bump stops on the molding, that are designed to stop the visor from vibrating against it, seemed awfully short. So an Amazon search yielded fuel filler door bump stops that looked like they could snap in place of the factory bump stops. Sure enough, super easy swap! Just pull the old ones out and push the new ones in, only takes seconds and no drilling. $6 for a set of 8 (wanted extras in case I damaged any). Some model years have 2 rubber stops per visor and some have 3 per visor, make sure to check before you order. You can buy them here https://a.co/d/ivFHCiO.
Now the sun visor has enough of a gap not to vibrate against anything. I was able to get rid of the felt pads and the short factory rubber bump stops. See pics below of before/after and the new rubber stops I purchased (in case the link above expires):
