Are you installing two per visor (one on each side)?Despite having felt pads taped to the windshield bolt heads, a rattle returned from my sun visor area (2018 JLUR). After a quick look it was clear the culprit was the mirror cover vibrating against the plastic windshield molding above it. I then noticed the rubber bump stops on the molding, that are designed to stop the visor from vibrating against it, seemed awfully short. So an Amazon search yielded fuel filler door bump stops that looked like they could snap in place of the factory bump stops. Sure enough, super easy swap! Just pull the old ones out and push the new ones in, only takes seconds and no drilling. $6 for a set of 8 (wanted extras in case I damaged any). You can buy them here https://a.co/d/ivFHCiO.
Now the sun visor has enough of a gap not to vibrate against anything. I was able to get rid of the felt pads and the short factory rubber bump stops. See pics below of before/after and the new rubber stops I purchased (in case the link above expires):

Yes, 4 total are used. Are you installing two per visor (one on each side)?
Just wanted to reply that I ordered a new bump stop set through Amazon along the lines of the ones you used and in a matter of a couple of minutes had all 4 swapped out. They worked perfectly and eliminated the noise I got from the visors vibrating over rough patches. Thanks for the recommendation! ?Despite having felt pads taped to the windshield bolt heads, a rattle returned from my sun visor area (2018 JLUR). Wait, you have 3 for each visor?! There must have been an update. Mind sending a pic?I may be the only owner who replaced all SIX bump stops.

Well look at that, they made a change at some point. What's interesting is they added that 3rd one right by the mirror to stop the rattling there and you still had it. Needed the longer bump stops all along.
