I finally flexed it out. It’s nothing extreme - but I think it’s pretty good for a daily driver.
2.5” Rock Krawler Adventure-X “No Limits” lift on 37s

Front 23” to bottom of fork
Rear 21.5” to bottom of fork

The rear was on its bump stop. I definitely need to trim the rear pinch seam.
I’m a little concerned about the tire touching the AAL liner bracket. Anyone have to deal with this?

*** UPDATE ***
I did confirm that the anti-sway bar reconnects when the engine is shut down. So these photos & measurements are with the sway bar connected. I flexed it out again with the engine running & got about 34” front & 32” rear. Super pleased with the results!!

Yes.
I have read that even though it’s disconnected, there could be some binding. Not sure if this is true. The RK links are pretty flexible though…

If you have the no limits links, there’s no binding with them…. It just looks like something is keeping it from fully flexing…..

My rod end links are the 70° service free ones instead of the 95° rod ends. You think I should have gotten more flex? Hmmm. I’ll have to investigate… maybe I’ll reach out to Rock Krawler.

Yeah, the stuffed wheel should be more up in the fender…. It’s like there’s to much bump stop or something…. Those maintenance free bushings have plenty of misalignment….

In the pic where the forklift is lifting the rear tire the front passenger tire should be stuffing up in the fender……kinda like this..

Ok thanks for this. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen posts where articultion was still being inhibited by rubicon’s disconnected sway bar. I need to search for this

I did a comparison a few years ago, there’s no difference between connected and disconnected using the no limits links…. Here’s pics

hooked……

Ok this is good to know.

I’m now thinking about earlier today when I was picking that back wheel (my first time doing this). I’m wondering if I just stopped lifting too soon - the rear passenger wheel started to move so I stopped.

That’s possible…… also, if you shut off the engine the sway bar will reconnect… I’m not saying that’s what happened, it just has that look of a connected sway bar…do you have pic of your bump stops and which shocks did you pair with your lift ?

I did shut off the engine! I didn’t know it would reconnect. 🤦🏻
Ok - I need to redo this.

this is the only bump stop pic I took with the driver front lifted. I’ve got Rock Krawler’s shocks. The fronts never touched the bumps - which I thought was strange at the time.

Yeah, that looks like normal amount of bumps for that kit and the RRD shocks, my guess is that it reconnected on you….
