That sounds great John. My Class A is on the new F53 chassis with the 7.3L V8 (2020 built chassis). I'll eMail details to you.
[/QUOTESend brand and model. My son did 3 F-53 A's about 3 years ago at Etrailer in St Louis we only had 175 lbs at that time They all liked the result, especially one that was a toy hauler. He side it went from being an impossible driver to a comfortable driver. When we get the info I will talk to RM.

Just rereading your post, do
Do you have the V-8 and not the V-10? We had a V-10 with a 5-star tune. I know the V-8 is a lot more motor, I did not know they were actually putting it in the F-53. If you have the V-8 we do not know anything about a 5-star tune for it.

Yes, I have the V8. 5 Star does make a tune for it...

OK, they were very good on the V-10 so I am sure they are the same. It was the shift hold and the downshifts that did make the V-10 come alive. Your motor should be better from the start and with the tune, it will just get better. It even worked on V-10 without tow-haul pressed so it saved gas by still being able to use overdrive. Sorry, I hope I did not lead you wrong thought you saw I said V-10.

I've got a 2021 Winnebago on the E450 chassis with the 7.3 liter Godzilla. I have a 5-star tune on the 7.3L and it helped it quite a bit; and 2 mpg better mileage when towing the JL.
Now here is someone who will know.

Wow. That sounds great. What model Winnebago; how long, how heavy. I'm averaging 6.6MPG so 2MPG gain would be tremendous. I talked with 5 Star and they said they shoot for 10% better fuel economy. That would put me at 7.25MPG. I'd be happy with any increase. What was your MPG before gaining 2MPG?

We are just a 25B Class C so much smaller then your class A. But we wanted smaller to hit national parks and places where a bigger unit just is not practical.

With the JL we can squeak 13 mpg out of it, and with the JL being towed was 10 mpg.

Now we get 14 mpg no tow and 12 mpg with the JL being towed with the 5-star.

The shift point revisions really help with towing particularly engine braking.

Nope, you didn't lead me wrong. I did see V10 and thought if it was good there it would be even better with V8. I ordered one and the programmer will be here tomorrow. The tune will take up to a week after. Looking forward to seeing what this can do for me. And not to get too far off topic; that, along with the Exact Center will make this an awsome motorhome.

Your RV has the chassis the E350 and E450 did not have they are 14-16K GVWR your has a truck chassis @ 26100 GVWR and with a V-8, that V-8 it just got a lot better. The V-10 was OK, but knowing that is the same motor that is in the 14K GVWR it is to see it was light for yours. You should have a very nice setup. You have to tell what yours is like if RM gets you 300 lb EC? I see it being rock-solid in the wind. If so that moves you up to the big boy ranks as they enjoy better control with heavier chassis in high winds. My 33000 GVWR Renegade Super C at 330 lbs was not moved in any wind I found in a 15000-mile summer. With lower pressures, it could be a hand full. We will look to give bigger RVs as much as 130% of GVWR 40000 lbs would be 500 lbs plus.
I like the Newaire 34 ft +- when looking at Class A small, high-end with good power. I had two Prevosts they were very high-end, one was over $800K, great on the interstate, but a 330-inch wheelbase made them terrible for impromptu exploring. Prevost rallies were cool did 4 I think. Prevost was a big mistake for a person like me, too long wb and too low ride height, very impressive for clients. My 32' 2" DynaMax Isatta 5 4WD is waiting in heated storage it I hope is the one. We did two trips after waiting 10 months for the build. So we are anxious to get on the road again. Maybe play some Willy tunes or Elvis and listen to some audiobooks.
I have a Ram 5500 chassis Diesel but only 21000 GVWR, small compared to yours. It has 800 solar 400 lithium and 4 season rating. I have had ice and snow in 4WD and it was good. One thing it is, even towing it is powerful and fast. Last Oct and early November I towed a 2021 Bronco that I did back without EC. It was not as good as we show with EC but sure good enough.

I just returned from a 1000 mile trip to Death Valley and wanted to share my opinion of the Exact Center. I want to start by making it clear that I am in no way affiliated with them and that I purchased the 140lbs unit myself. I installed the Exact Center prior to the trip to get a fair test of it. The trip consisted of about 700 on-road miles and 300 off-road miles through various terrain ranging from rocks, sand, wash boards and deep ruts. I had the opportunity to test the unit with a fully inflated tire as well as an aired down one. I will provide a quick summary of the good and bad. Overall I like the unit and will be keeping it on my jeep. It definitely makes driving on road more comfortable especially in high winds. Driving off-road with the tires aired down in the rocky sections, it made the jeep much more comfortable to drive and reduced fatigue. I was behind the wheel about 10 hours each day exploring the park. There are a few things I did not like. First, when you take the vehicle through a winding rural road with lots of turns, you really have to make sure not to lose your grip on the steering wheel. I had a few times where I wasn't hanging on to the wheel hard enough in a corner and the wheel pulled my jeep back into a straight position right in the middle of the corner. While this is a little bit of a safety issue, I am aware that my jeep now does this and pay more attention in the corners. The second one is just to let others know that while making it easier to drive in high wind situations, the jeep still moves around the road and requires some correction to the wheel. I understand there is no total fix in high winds for a short wheel based vehicle and will take any assistance I can get to improve my driving performance. I attached a few pictures and videos to show a few examples of the terrain and how the vehicle handled. I also had to include a short clip of the personal air show we got, when a Navy F-18 pilot out training spotted us on a mountain peak. It was definitely the "highlight" of the trip.

Buddy do share more about your experience. We do not have many that have done anything like what you show in your pictures. You seem like a guy of few words, but EC is not your fathers stabilizer so members need to know more about what you like and what you do not. The curved road issue is not something I have felt is an issue in 3000 miles with 130 lb on 2021 JLUR 392 XR on 35's 4" lift, but I was on paved curved roads limited to maybe 15-20 mph over posted. 55 in a 40 or 70 in a 55. These are county roads so they are not much of a challenge. I just thought they were fun and sporty. You must have been on tighter roads or going much faster. Tell us more.

Thanks for posting the great review! I really enjoyed the pic and videos. I'll have to make it to death valley some day.
I wonder if the issue with a winding rural road isn't something you will just need to get used to. I like the feel of my 2013 Honda Accord and it does that stronger pull back to center to the point where I sometimes feel tired by it on long trips. But it is a sporty feel. I don't know if that much pull back would really be comfortable on a raised Wrangler with large tires; it may end up being difficult to have this work great as both a street vehicle and off-road; seems like you'll just have to shoot for some kind of balance between, or go for the best of what you do most.
