Sounds like a diesel ought to. Yeah, I know you said it's a 3.6

Anyway. What oil, oil filter and oil change intervals are you doing? Also, how many miles/KMs on it?

If it’s the 3.0 that noise is likely a broken weld @ DPF mount. Common problem.

3.6 it’s parked in garage until I get some resolution, will pull the filter tomorrow nite, noting at last oil change ~ 2k miles ago.

Nope but that is the kind of thing it sounds like. Is it load dependent? It sounds like a cracked flexplate honestly, but that could be totally biased by the location of the video.

Haha It’s the oil cooler, it’s on the list this winter, did the JK cooler now the JL

Oh man, engine noises are always scary. I'm still learning about jeep mechanics, but from what I've read, it could be a number of things. Have you checked the engine mounts? They can cause weird noises when they're worn.
