I did not see anything that clean while shopping recently. I do like that look. There are a few unadorned stubbiest out there but I don’t recall a mid width. Any metal shop with a brake could bend you something like that in a few minutes.

I was looking for simple and stubby. I could have done without the hoop honestly but check out Rusty's Off Road. I wanted minimalist bumpers front and rear. Maybe you could hit them up to make one without the hoop? I didn't inquire when I ordered. https://rustysoffroad.com/

I think maybe Genright makes a simple bumper as well. I was attempting to save pennies here, for dollars elsewhere.

I believe that is just 3x3 or 4x4 square tubing. Measure to length and have holes drilled and end caps welded.

Looks pretty easy to make - then send it out and have it powder coated. Any metal fab should be able to replicate that
