I don’t usually ask opinions but this minor cosmetic emblem thing is something I need another point of view on. See pic below.

So I’ve got a 19 Sahara. The emblems and the Wrangler decal have always annoyed me, not individually, but all three don’t match from the factory.

The Sahara emblem is a satin kinda silver, the JEEP is chrome, and the Wrangler Unlimited is both a sticker and it has black lettering.

I’d like to leave at least one emblem. I’ve considered plasti dipping the Sahara and Jeep emblems. I also thought about leaving only the Wrangler Unlimited because it would at least match my red and black colors the most.

Thoughts?

Thanks

leave the jeep and get rid of the others, at least that is my opinion. The wrangler sticker was removed from mine within 5 minutes of getting home from the dealer.
Yeah, everybody knows it is a wrangler by looking at it. The Wrangler is a sticker decal and looks cheap to me. I've talked to my wife about debadging the Wrangler Unlimited decal, but she wants to keep it.

It would be "terrible" if someone vandalized my Jeep and removed the sticker.

I took my Wrangler decal off. Left the Jeep emblem. It's all up to you, it looks kinda bare without anything there though. I like the vintage emblem Jeep put on the J6 concept. I'd buy it right now to replace my fender emblems if someone made a quality set.

This is the type of stuff that @Jeep Graphic Studio should be selling.

Personally I'm not a fan of de-badging, whenever I see any de-badged car I assume the owner is embarrassed about the model/trim they have and doesn't want anyone else to know. But maybe that's just me.
Apart from that, I just like the way the badging looks on most cars, and particularly on Jeeps. Maybe I'm weird.

Yep, debadging looks like you bought a Toyota Corolla but you want people to think it's a Lexus IS. Or it looks like you got in an accident and had to have the panels repainted and tried to save $20 bucks by not replacing the decals.

jeep isn't a status symbol vehicle per se, and de-badging to conceal model and trim don't really work imo. The people who drive similar cars know, people who drive other brands don't care.

My preference is to totally debadge my vehicles and I did so with the JL.

If I find the right adornment I may add it but I'm pretty dang picky. Last time I debadged, then added some pieces, it was on my Chrysler 300 SRT8 and it was all black anodized aluminum pieces.
