Daily driver or second vehicle

Jeep is daily for me. About 44 miles a day right now. If I want to take a toy, here are my options.

My JLR started out as a daily driver but I picked up a 2019 Civic SI a few months back for my commute, averaging about 38mpg with it.

Still drive the Jeep into work about once a week, it’s become mostly a weekend vehicle for me.

Actually when I did commute to work I’d drive it since I’ve got the unlimited mileage warranty.

If im driving to/from the office, it's my daily. If I have to go to a satellite location farther than the office, I take my old minivan for mileage and deprecation reasons.

It's my daily 40 mile drive but I only drive to work 2 days a week. I spent two decades commuting 125 miles five days a week.

It's going to be my daily in the sense that it's my primary, but I will often commute on my motorcycles or my truck too. I'm fortunate to have quite a few vehicles that I can jump in and go.

My Jeep is the daily driver for me, The Honda is the Daily Driver for my wife and the Yamahas are for occasional commuting when the weather is clear. My wife says she wants to learn to ride so I'm keeping the 650 around for now. I need to fix it up for her, cause I bought it as a beater.

DD for me. 70mi round trip M-F if I don’t have any meetings or need to leave the office for any reason. I typically drive 500mi plus in a full week. I took delivery with 10mi just a tad over 5 weeks ago. I rolled over 3k yesterday as I was leaving the office. Purchased a new F-150 in Sept 2016 and sold it 4 weeks ago with 89k. My commute was shorter for the first year I owned it.

DD for me. The only time the RAM gets used is for cargo hauling, pulling the travel trailer, or on longer trips where there is more than the two of us going. Other than that the Jeep goes everywhere.

I daily drove my 2015 JK 65miles round trip to work for almost four years and traded it in for new 2018 JL. Dealer got really good price for me and had to only pay 10k for the new one

Mostly lol. It needs some brakes, and haven't had time. I built it, it has had a 95 lt1 in it for the last 15 years or so

Nice, I've been tempted to buy a classic many times. I just don't have the setup to maintain one. And there are too many that I'd buy on the spot, lol.
