D-Ring Mounts to Replace Tow Hooks?

Rubicon OEM bumper & tow hooks. I was thinking of painting the front tow hooks to match the body color as a quick/simple/inexpensive (and easily reversible) "project" to do.
But, are there D-ring mounts (closed rings/loops instead of the open hooks) which use the same mounting holes as the bumper-sandwich tow hooks? I did some general web searches + looked through a few online stores, but couldn't find something specific.
Maybe it would be a pointless/useless mod, so they don't exist?

Never seen a stand alone setup like that. There are, however, some bumpers that combine both....

Maximus 3 makes d-ring mounts that work with the stock bumper and tow hooks.
