Where to find these D-Ring Mounts?

There was only one thing I didn’t like about my stock steel bumper, it had hooks rather than D-ring mounts. Then I saw these in a video and I HAVE to have them.

Does anyone know where I can find them?

You can buy the ones for the JK. It will require you to slightly open up on hole in the frame on a JL where they bolt up to. Heck you missed me by a couple months, as I gave a set away.

So the ONLY difference is that the JL's holes are a touch smaller? I saw this video this morning that talks about having to drill out the outer holes: (P.S. It just to exactly where he talks about it)
