How to remove tow hooks?

In purging my shed, I decided it’s time to bail on all the stock parts I’ve accumulated after replacing them with aftermarket goodies. Off to the dump they go.

I’ve been holding on to the plastic bumpers for over 6 years & I couldn’t even give them away, so I removed the front recovery hooks. I’d like to hang them inside the garage for reasons unknown even to me.

Are these bolts removable? I’ve tried every tool and lubricant in my arsenal & they ain’t budging. My last resort would be to cut them off (I’d rather not).

Im guessing they have knurling at the base just like a wheel stud and need to be pressed or pounded out.

No luck... I tried my impact with a ball joint presser & failed miserably. I guess it looked easier than it is.
