They ride great…. They were just a couple inches shorter full droop… also I wanted (which I use a lot) adjustability…. They’re a little softer than the foxes, but not too soft…. Mine don’t have the IFP either so, the ones out now are even better than the ones I have…..When I have to use them I’m thinking about using the MC shock brackets that raise the shock 1.5” that would make my articulation close to the same….
Oh so the new new ones are mono now? Cool!

Got a free couple hours Sunday morning so went wheeled a little….We’ve had a lot of rain lately, so our 2-3 rated trails turn into 8-9s because it’s like wheeling on a bar of soap…lockers, 4lo, doesn’t matter, some spots are winch only if you want to, but there’s usually a go around… I always clean and do a post wheeling inspection, grease and WD 40 if necessary….When I pulled center caps to grease RCVs, I found this… .. I have no idea how long it’s been loose but I never felt or heard anything from it….

I know the unit bearing is pressed together pretty good, but I still figured it would have separated… That is until I watched this..Those are some pretty hard smacks with the sledgehammer…… I see how it’s possible now to not have it come apart, but I know I was on borrowed time…… I put loctite on them and torqued them to 150 ft lbs. I’m probably going to stake the nut as well, but I’m looking for other options to lock it down….

The 3 bolts that hold the unit bearing to the knuckle are pretty tough. They are $50 each from Mopar so not your typical bolt. Plus the unit bearing goes into the steering knuckle bore so no shear loading on the bolts - just keeps it in the bore.

But you basically were just were driving around with 3 12mm wheel studs ;)

I’ve put about 500 miles on her, combination of on and off road. Axle nut still at 150 ft lbs….. healthy dose of Orange loctite and 150 lbs torque seems to be doing the trick…. I have a couple other options if it loosens up again, but for now I’m gonna roll with it…….✌

This one was already taking up residence, it was hard at it, building the web…..😂

Will Colby play with or eat those? My cats devour anything with more than 4 legs.
Are they dangerous?

Creepy as shit, they are!

No she’s pretty lazy these days, lol.. she’s 12 now and unless it crawls over her nose, she just sits there and barks at it…🤣…….they’re called a Golden Orb Weaver, us locals call them banana spiders…. Relatively harmless …. It’s bite is painful but not dangerous to humans….definitely prehistoric looking though 🤣

You'll be a hit at the local trunk or treat, I'm certain.
