Mopar is currently $25 a gallon. Is there a Zerex or Prestone equivalent out there?

Thanks.

Distilled water if you’re topping off.

That's unusually high. Could've swore it was only around $15 at Amazon only a few months ago.

Just checked a price tracker and it's still showing their price at $14, when it's currently $24..

Not 100% sure, but was thinking that was the correct premixed coolant for the v6. Edit, if so, Mopar still has it for under $14 (LINK), but not sure what shipping is. Edit, $14 shipping lol, maybe try a dealership since MSRP is only $17?

Check Rock Auto, I've bought many chemicals through them & even with shipping they beat everyone!

I've had good luck running Peak Long Life, compatible with everyone. Not exactly cheaper but if you get the concentrate 1 gallon becomes 2 with distilled water.

Zerex G30 is the one you're looking for. MS-12106. Yes, the manual shows MS-90032 or something like that, it is the same.

Prestone has what they call "American Purple" in their Prestone MAX line which is the correct fluid.

None of it is cheaper than OEM by much unless you have coupons or find it on sale.

Research Peak Final Charge.

Seems as if several have used it over on CF on the 2013+ RAM HD pickups.

Personally……I’ll continue to use the MoPar concentrate and distilled water. I run commercially, and those 150k intervals come around fast for me.

Yeah...if there was a >$10 a gallon difference, I would use something else but I'll go with Mopar. Less chance of any issues and I would not want to "gunk up" my new Mishimoto...

@CarbonSteel

Think you've gotten rid of your Jeep by now, but in case anyone else needs some, the Mopar MS.90032 50/50 premixed coolant at Amazon has finally dropped back down below $15 (was really overpriced for a long while). Not 100% sure, but afaik, this is the same coolant used for all Jeep engines and for the other coolant reservoirs (eTorque battery, eTorque generator, etc).

Don't really need any myself at the moment, but ordered a jug just to have on hand.

I did get rid of it (head gasket or cracked head or block)--but others may benefit.

Thanks for posting!

Update to this thread.

My 2018 JLUR 3.6L had the orangie-pink coolant when I drained it.

The new Mopar MS 90032 concentrate I bought from Amazon ($24) was purple. YMMV.
