Catch Can Tube

Gonna remove my catch can for a trip to the dealership. I somehow lost the original hose I removed when installing the system. Anybody know what it’s called?

Thought it was the PCV Valve Tube but what I got from AllMoparParts isnt even close.

I found one in the garage that I believe was taken off for my catch can. The # on it is 68261200AD.
