Oh, Brother. That's quite a stretch. I mean, it may all be true, but c'mon "grill designed by Ford".

They may as well say A Jeep is a Ford, but really it's not so buy a Bronco.,

Oh boy is right. We've been through this. Check back a page or so. Ford did indeed design the slotted grille design, though they originally had it with nine slots during the war. Willys changed it to seven to avoid patent violation and market it to civilians.

As far as calling a Bronco a Jeep, when I was in high school my mom called my Scout II a Jeep, I just couldn't get her to get it.

Speaking of the Scout II, that Bronco looks more like it's successor than it does the original Bronco, which was a copy of the Scout 80. Then there's the whole Commando thing, which was Jeeps answer to the Scout and Bronco. What comes around goes around.

I do like the grill. They payed homage to the original with the looks in just enough places in my opinion. Curious about the doors that we've heard about for months. I guess we will find out Monday. I can't believe I beat @Nickp01 in here. He must be hiding at the Bronco6G site.

meh. looks like a cheesy and tacky version of a wrangler. Wife thinks the same. and trunk space looks like it might actually be quite similar to the JL anyway.

The classic look of the wrangler is and will always be irreplaceable.

Bottom line for me is, it's going to be great, but I wanted and still want a Jeep. Cheers to ford for bringing it back. I can't wait to see one.

I'm especially interested in the Rubicon competitor, as I have a Rubicon.

And if there is any good in this world, please, please please let them make factory half doors so Jeep will too!

I hope this thing has a ton of innovative things and I really do hope the aftermarket gets behind it.

A rising tide lifts all boats.
