🤷‍♂️ Didn't make much sense to me either but I've been told this by multiple dealerships. I did have a case opened by JeepCares and I stated my concerns to the rep on my case and he didn't state that the dealerships' statements were incorrect. He is trying to get the parts expedited and I am...
When I looked into getting my corrosion assessed for repair about 3 weeks ago, I went through 3 different dealers before I could find one to attempt to take on the repair. I have corrosion on the hinges of all four doors, on 2 door edges, the front edge of my hood, and my tailgate. I was told...
Just made an appointment to have mine looked at. All four doors, the front edge of the hood, and the tailgate hinge are exhibiting the bubbling. Though it is almost 5 years old, it has less than 36k on it and has been kept immaculate. It kills me that they have not come up with a foolproof...
Has anyone had their SiriusXM radio id change after applying this update? My SiriusXM stopped working today and the radio id in my Jeep is different than what is listed in my account @ Sirius. I applied this update a couple of weeks ago, at least, but that’s the only thing I think could’ve...
Yeah, I hear ya. The wait is way less than when I bought mine. I was initially looking at the 1Up but these guys improved everything that needed improving on the 1Up rack. I figured "In for a penny, in for a pound" since it is my "forever" rack. I don't regret it one bit.
Another vote for the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W with load rating C. I swapped out the KO2s on my Rubicon with about 25k miles due to a bad ride quality. I was hoping it was the tires before I tore into my front end. It solved it. These tires ride way better than the KO2s.
Yep. That’s what I was thinking. I’ve been wanting to pick up these bins but the thought occurred to me that contour is there specifically for the soft top. Mine’s been off for the winter so I can’t check personally.
Yeah, that is kinda shitty. At a minimum, your maps should be the most recent version at the time the vehicle was built...especially if they charge $150 for updates.
This. My Rubicon started to develop a wobble between 50-60mph. Slowing under 50 would generally reign it in. I already had the steering box TSB done as well as the longer Mopar Lower Control Arms so I started researching what suspension components to replace first. After noticing several...
If it turns out that it it is solely for the stupid emergency vehicle warning and it is not able to be disabled, that's kinda shitty that they'd force it on everyone. It is doubly shitty that they wouldn't mention the specific "feature" instead of calling it "Quality improvements to the...
I started out with the Quadratec unit with the single ring of LEDs. It is the model that doesn't require splicing. I've had it for a few years and I just replaced it with a unit with several rows of LEDs...looks very similar to the unit you're having a problem with. I am not experiencing nay...
From what I've read from the others who have had the repair done under warranty, there is no gasket being added. I don't understand why this is the case if it is believed to be the fix.
Has anyone that had this repaired gotten gaskets? It seems the repair photos I’ve seen are merely just resprays with nothing to address the cause of the problem.
