That innovative products mount looks pretty slick, I placed an order as well. I like that it uses an adjustable pressure regulator to blow off when the tires are done airing up too. How cool is that!?

Yeah mine shipped pretty fast I have both the compressor and mount ready to go. I pick up my jeep two weeks from tomorrow. Really excited to get everything installed.

IMO, the compressor should be in the interior(not under the hood) and out of the way of water or kicks from feet.

This is the cleanest one I have seen-

This is supposed to be a Mopar kit or possibly one of the secret extras that will be coming on the 392 XR package.
That's an interesting place for a gauge but a horrible place for a rocker switch. I predict the air compressor coming on many times when the load shifts and hits the switch.

? Good eye! I didn't notice that, that's exactly what's going to happen. Although if you look close enough it looks like they recessed the switch in the plastic pretty well so it might mitigate some of the accidental inflation.

Email Tony and I ask him. Let me know what he says.

Ooh. Had not come across that option. If you don't need the back seat for adult passengers, that may be the most viable option to date. It does look to take out the rear seated passenger foot well at least for taller passengers seated in the rear. I am not that tall and my toes slip under the front seat where that mount sits.

I’ll let you know once it goes in. I don’t often have people sitting in the back.

Yeah I'm back and forth inside the cabin or in the fender well.

I just didn’t want it outside even if it was under the hood or in the fender well. Just my personal preference. When I looked at all my options because I have the 392 and the sky one touch, this seems to be the most practical. My driver door has to be open anyways to get out. Sure you lose a little toe space under the driver seat but I rarely have passengers in the back of my vehicles.

It’s currently being installed so I can report back on it sometime next week.

I love this product. It works great in my 392 with one touch top. There is no noticeable loss of space under the seat for rear passengers and the seat moves back/forward as normal. American Adventure Labs has a new 392 mount for the rear cubby, but it only holds the single compressor. I'm getting that same mount for a rear battery and Redarc controller for my fridge and many other accessories.

I should be picking up my Jeep tomorrow. This was one of the items they installed excited to test it out. Glad to hear you’re loving it so far :)

Please post your thoughts after the install, I am interested in this as well but nervous about rear legroom as I often have my kids in the back seat. Sounds like maybe not a big issue? I haven’t found an alternative mounting solution that I like, so if I don’t go the under seat route it will probably be a portable compressor…much cheaper, but like the convenience of this. Also interested in how much you paid for installation. Thanks

Somebody is excited!

Yeah if you can take pics maybe with someone sitting there that would be awesome. I don't have people in the back seat but a handful of times and typically its only for go out for the evening. So this might be the way to go.

My buddy did the fender well install and loves it. I just cringe about ripping off the fender of a $80K jeep with under 5000 miles on it LOL
