Anyone else have this under their dash?

It’s a jumper harness on to the obd2 port.

Im trying to figure out that red and black wire at the bottom with the green and white wires that are clipped . seems like a power wire to something ..it doesnt look fused

Definitely take it apart first. Oh you're an A&P? Fun ideas there

Wire it up with some batteries, put it in the aircraft somewhere, sit back and wait for them to wonder how I got from Colorado to LA in 3 hrs.
Legalities aside, that would be fun.
Definitely gonna dissect it and see what its made of.

Interesting my 2019JLUR tracking device was different, it made an annoying sound, took it to dealer and they eventually found it and removed it...see thread below for video of sound:

The killer had bad credit and the car dealer installed it for the REPO MASN!

if you see closely you can see the wires coming from the obd2 into a fuse and a box by the kick panel. The whole unit was hidden behind the panel. The way I notice it was the wires and a fuse.

Maybe open that up, take the sim out, put it in a cheap phone and have free phone service till they turn it off.

Most of these things use an eSIM nowadays.

Say what you will about Europe.. but this kind of thing is impossible here. Bruce Willis himself would descend via attack helicopter on the dealer who installed such a device.

Sounds like your dealer did a terrific job in the pre-delivery inspection process.

Didn't remove the GPS tracker right after they didn't check the fuses

It has a male and a female end to attach inline with the OBD2 port.
