Well, I have a 392 allocation. I should have it at the latest by the end of July but it could be much sooner. It’s currently in D status. I’m very much excited.
Thought you were going to wait until Monday to make sure 22’ order guides didn’t come out…
Congrats

When was the order put in?

I was going to but after evaluating my needs I made this decision. I want a 392 and if I were to order one right now it probably would not get here until November or December at the earliest if it was indeed a 2022.

If I was going with a diesel or a 4XE. I would wait for Monday to see the June 2021 build guides.

Went ahead and put in an order tonight. Local dealer here in Seattle honored Costco pricing ($700 under invoice) even in this current crazy market. Uconnect 5 sounds good, but current Uconnect 4 is pretty good, and I didn't want to deal with potential 2022 overall price increases. Only thing that would break my heart would be if they bring back Mojito! for 22.

Anyway, JLUR
Hydro Blue
V-6 auto
Safety (not advanced) cold weather, trailer tow, 8,4+ premium audio, trail camera, LED lighting, gorilla glass and hard top

Now I just gotta be patient

Congrats! I used Costco program too, and I’m waiting (impatiently) on my sting gray JULR similarly equiped. Only regret is Gorilla Glass as that is holding up builds seemingly indefinitely. Hope your patience is better than mine. It has been a rough couple weeks with no movement.

I asked about Gorilla Glass and the fleet manager (he is the one who keyed in my order) said GG isn't holding up orders.

One more question - other than bugging the store, is there somewhere I can track my order?

Hydro Blue here as well. I’m hoping I can pick it up in 30 days or less. I have to go to Arizona but I’m going to make a trip out of it.

Man I've gone back and forth over and over on the color. You guys getting Hydro Blue are killing me, lol.

If I do Hydro Blue, I'd have to go regular Sahara for the black top. Body color would just be too much IMO.

But the Sahara Altitude is literally $300 difference for me, and I get the black trim that I'm going to mod anyways, PLUS basically a free headliner and the body color top. If I go that route, I'd do Granite since it comes with a body color top.

So do I get a Hydro Blue Sahara and do black accents everywhere, or do I go Granite Sahara Altitude and plan on doing light blue accents (4xe blue, basically)?

Gah this decision-making is exhausting, lol.

I pray your fleet manager is right, but a lot more people in these formus have indication of it being otherwise.

to track besides the deal you can use jeep chat in the contact us section of Jeep’s website.

I hear ya! I like the bright colors, and really was sad when they got rid of Mojito. That said I dont care for color matched top with the bright colors.
My second choice is Granite Crystal, and I do like that color with a color matched top. My Ram 1500 is Granite so I really had to go a different color for the JLUR as I’m keeping the truck.

Easier with the Rubicon as the default is a black top

That's a good question. Ultimately you have decide what you can tolerate looking at every day when you walk to your car.

My wife's Sahara is Sting Gray and I really like it. Since she already has Sting Grey and every car I have owned in the past has pretty much been black, white or some combination of silver/grey, I knew I wanted a fun color this time. Plus it's a Jeep and fun colors fit quite well on a Jeep body.

My first choice was nacho, but that was discontinued and available for the 392, which is now ordered. The only other two colors I liked were Snazberry and Sarge Green. I definitely could have lived with Sarge Green but not Snazberry, although it is a beautiful coat as I have seen it in person.

Ultimately, I decided on Hydro Blue and I may do some modifications with it over time to make it not pop as much, but we will see.

If I were you, I would get the Sahara Altitude in Hydro Blue. Down the line you can always buy a black hard top and a satin grill to replace the color one. Between those two changes and the blacked out wheels, I think it would look great but you are the one that has to live/love it :)

What color are you going with then? I know choosing a bright color kind of scares me since I have always rocked neutral colors but I am ready for some fun. I am buying the 392 and I am sure I will never sell this car. When I add another car to go along side the 392, I will probably lease a Mercedes EQS (will go with neutral color) to test out how I like full electric.
