Can't get away.I’ll do a post later today but it looks like we will be meeting in Ocala National Forest on the 28th in the AM at Big Scrub.
I have family coming in on the 27th.Opportunity of a lifetime here..Can't get away.I have family coming in on the 27th.
If you’re not up to the task I recommend Overbuilt Customs in JAX. They build 100,000 dollar Jeep Scramblers from the ground up. Been in the business for many years. Very trustworthy people. A lift would be a piece of cake for those guys.Looking to get a metalcloak lift installed, along with new wheels. Anyone recommend a central Florida company for that? I'd travel anywhere between jacksonville to Palm Beach, Tampa to Titusville.
Oh, believe me, I hate that I'm missing it! Lots of great spots to camp in there (Ocala) too!Opportunity of a lifetime here..
It looks like roughly a 3 hour drive for me from Port Saint Lucie, but I might be in. Sounds like fun!I’ll do a post later today but it looks like we will be meeting in Ocala National Forest on the 28th in the AM at Big Scrub.

If anyone is interested (including anyone I may have left out) I will be planning a Wheelin’ trip for Saturday, Dec 28th.
More details to come tonight. Please RSVP by mentioning @MORTON so I can get a head count in case I need to get a permit.
It will be a great time for us all to get together.
Kids/Wives friendly so that’s cool too.
One day ordeal, go Wheelin’ maybe grab some chow and split. Would be beginning in the AM.
Happy Holidays!
... Im a definite maybe, will know more next week. The wife gathered a little more intel.....Jeeps don’t need permits, that’s for motorcycle, 4 wheelers, razors, and such. It’s best if you have everyone download Avenza app and then search Motor vehicle use map, and click on Ocala National Forest pin. Then you can pinpoint where you’re at, just in case the gps on our uconnect maps in the rig isn’t working. There are some trails that you can’t be more than 65” wide. I believe they’re marked on that map. If you already know all of this then please disregard this message, except the part where I’m a definite maybe.......Thanks for the info man I really hope to see you all there!Oops ! YEP! It’s nothing you can’t handle and I am sure we will have plenty of folks with recovery gear if needed. @X99104 and @Roky have winches and are experienced off-road. No one will get hurt and nobodies shit will get tore up.i might be able to make that. I have never been and im sure there is but just to ask, is there plenty of stuff for a stock jeep?
