I'm looking to get mine regeared and so far I'm down to 2 shops with good reputation. 407Dynopro (did my current setup) in Kissimmee and Red Scorpion Fabworks & Offroad in Tampa.
Was jeepers den on your list? If so, what made you cross them off?

I’d be down to drive to tampa for a re-gear but to go back to drain the break in fill, or driving on the i4 right after a re-gear I feel that may not be the best thing.

Gonna take a look at 407Dynopro, and compare as I’ve heard good things about jeepers den.

Gearworks in Clearwater is good, but a bit of a drive for you, Red Scorpion also good, don’t have any feedback on Jeepers Den… I did my own so only have feedback from others, but quite a few of them…….

I'm thinking of going with Red Scorpion since they gave me the best quote and have a five-star reviews. I have the owner's phone number if you need it. I will be taking the scenic back roads, not I-4. 😆

I also have a connection with 407dyno if you need that information.

Anyone have experience at Jeepers Den in Orlando for re-gearing?

Think the axle whine is finally getting to me and wanna have the rear re-geared and swap everything again. It changes pitch from a low whine to a high pitched almost dog whistle kinda whine depending on speed and load. Took about 20k miles for me to get tired of it and the last shop claimed it was my t-case after the second rebuild once the locker shit itself.
Used them for a few efforts including regearing, and i have no issues.

The Jeep has been going strong post regear for 2yrs now including multiple 10k mile road trips out west to CO, UT, NV, etc.

What gears did you end up going with through Jeepers Den? No noise or anything funny like that? I initially thought it was yukons QC but the second gear set being louder than the first pointed me in the direction of prior shop rushing to finish my jeep.

I like them so far, they did my tie rod and drag link and it’s been fine.

Revolution gears (4.88).

I'm running 35s with a 3.6 Auto, and don't really plan on going to 37s at any point.

No noises beyond what the Jwep naturally makes. I did a proper breaking period and change the diff oil every 30k.

Worst case, I just put the top down and turn the noise reduction knob on the dash a bit to the right. 😉

Well hot damn I’ll give jeepers den and ask them to do revolution gear this time around when I re-gear. Since I’m gonna going to be re-doing the axle to fix the noise I may go up to 4.88s and call it done also. Not sure yet I wanna do that and get it ready for 37s.
