I won't argue the obvious disadvantage of an exhaust cross over in the middle of the Jeep....

But, damn, that is one clean Jeep underside.

And the driveway and the grass looks pristine.

Is this s@$# for real or AI? :)

Anyway congrats for keeping you Jeep clean - teach us the secret.
Ew no dont teach anything we dont need more clean jeeps out there

That was day of install, they'll never look like that again.

Corvettes are for old guys that rock new balance sneakers.
Is this supposed to be an insult? Honestly I plan to be that guy the day I turn 55. Wake up at like 530AM and excitedly observe birds doing bird stuff, yell at people to get off my freshly overseeded lawn, throw my clubs in my Grand Sport and head out to the club for another 18...then go to bed at 730pm to get ready to do it all again. It's the American Dream.

Speak for yourself, my American Dream (TM) involves way less golf, way fewer Corvettes and New Balances, and a lot more day drinking, flip flops, and Jeeps.

My kind of people. The corvette wouldn't even make it up the driveway, let alone the 20 miles of washboard dirt before the pavement starts. Won't have to yell at anyone to get off the lawn either. My American dream is old school. 40 acres and a mule (or just the wild donkeys that wander through).

Yeah I'll take a hundred acres of woods with a shit lawn. I'm aight with a paved drive to the house though, wife likes cars on the lower/faster end of the spectrum from the Jeep. Just not Corvettes though.

My retirement includes retiring from vehicles that need constant work to stay running. No reason the beer can't be included though.

A hundred acres is far too much work.

The Jeep's just helping you live longer - gotta keep moving, thinking, and working as long as you can, stagnation hastens death.

Woods ain't all that much work - you pay someone to do the fence stuff, or buy a tractor with an auger to make it easy if you do it yourself. Or be lazy and just nail some No Trespassing signs to some trees around the border. 1-2 acres cleared, with a modest house and a largeish shop, riding mower makes the cleared area easy to maintain. The most work you'll see is with storm damage to clear a driveway/road, but tractor and/or a Jeep with a winch makes that easier.

Yep! Move it or lose it! At age 58 I bought my house, which is a 1.5 storey walkout basement near a ski resort. I just recently installed a chin up bar in my basement laundry room doorway so I can dead hang for awhile every time I pass it.

And I'm getting ready to remodel my bathroom and powder room with the help of only a plumber and an electrician. All carpentry, tiling, and finishing work will be done by my own two hands.

After that will come the kitchen, where I will build and install all my own cabinets. I decided to go for Marmoleum flooring in the kitchen, hall, and bathroom since they are all connected, and I definitely want a professional installer for that because of the heat welding.

But no, I am still not willing to do my own repairs or modifications on my Jeep. The thought of being stranded if I mess something up is just too scary.
