I'm eager to see the torque curve on this engine. Electric engines output most torque close to zero RPM (yes!), so acceleration is incredible.

I bet it'll have more than zero torque

Seriously, that's the whole point: We're used to revving an engine to get more power out of it, but with electric engines – it's the opposite. Most torque arrives at very low RPM, so an electric engine complements a gas or diesel engine, where torque arrives at higher RPM.

The electric + 2.0 Turbo could be tremendous!
