Additional weight and re gear

I’m seeing charts on tire size and gears. But what about re gearing due to just additional weight. Is there a chart out there?

I'll take a shot at this. The chart below shows the maximum axle torque/pound of vehicle weight. This does not take into account tire diameter/weight or drivetrain losses.

I've based this off of a 2.0 auto. Other engine & transmission combination sill have different numbers, but somewhat similar results.

So to make sense of this, a stock 4500 pound Rubicon has 1.27 lb.ft. of torque / pound of vehicle. Increase the weight to 5000 pounds, and 4.56 gears would give about the same axle torque/weight.
