Which engine oil are you using?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering what oil everyone using on their 3.6 Pentastar , 0W-20, 5W-20, 5W-30, or 5W-40? And why?

Mobile 1 EP full synthetic 0w20 & mopar filter while I'm still in the powertrain warranty. After warranty I'll be installing a Baxter Performance remote filter adapter along with a small oil cooler & bypass valve and will probably switch to a wix filter at that point.

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-20. Meets the OEM spec MS-6395 and lists it on the jug. All synthetic oil at the parts stores are relatively the same price so I just use what the manufacturer specs out for. Simple as that.

Amsoil all the way around. 0w20 oil, amsoil diff fluid. oil filter amsoil .

Redline 5W-30 ... heavier weight has quieted the engine at idle/startup... Redline because money burns holes in my pockets

What ever the dealership dumps in my 2.0. It’s probably a blend of all sorts of used sludge.
Because I’m too lazy to change it myself.
