Valvoline European 5W-40. Witch is what the Maserati 3.0 v6 recommend which is the same basic motor and valve train as the 3.6.
For the first 20k I ran Valvoline 5w30 put switched 5w40 when I kept seeing the same cars and truck with the same motor sold in the USA put in other country's recommending higher viscosity oil like 5w40.
If I lived in a place that saw below 40 degrees a lot I would use 5w30. Put here in California most of the time 40 to 100+ degrees.

There was zero reason to create this thread. Just use the search function.

I vote the mods start banning anyone who makes a "what oil should I run" thread.

It's good to know people's opinions, thoughts, and experiences, if you are not happy just ignore the thread. Good day.

I think we should ban whoever forced you to click the thread
Hey now, I clicked on it hoping someone was starting a thread with an original question, but I was sadly mistaken.

That's one way to say "I'm too lazy to use the search function".

It's a free platform, rather searching or creating new thread both ways are ok. Again u can easily ignore the thread.

Use to out in 0w20 like I’m supposed to but I found the engine noisy with lots of clicking and ticking sounds. So for the first time last month, I decided to go with 5W30 for the summer and the sound difference is extremely noticeable at all engine temps. It now runs smooth and a lot more silent now.
