I am amazed how the Jeep seems to have a Love/Hate relationship with their owners.

I know on my forums many manufactures read posts like this and take them back to upper management. Select your rating and expound on it. Maybe as a group we can get our message to FCA management and help to shape the future of Jeep!

10. Best vehicle I have ever purchased
9. For the most part its exactly what I expected, Would buy again
8. Awesome vehicle can't wait for the next new model to buy
7. So, So, But it does the job. FCA could have done better for the price
6. I have had issues but got FCA took care of them, happy
5. Not unhappy, but not happy
4. Its been an uphill battle, I have had more then my share of problems
3. Not what I expected, I don't really feel Jeep Cares.
2. Its been an uphill battle, would not buy again
1. Total garbage, sorry I purchased and would not recommend.

Remember, select your rating and say why you feel this way! Cheers to all!

A 9 or 10. I love my 23 JLU Willys XR 2.0T. Ordered it exactly how I wanted it. 12,600 miles no issues. My daily driver and when my wife and I go somewhere we take the Jeep. Drove it in a bunch of snow yesterday and today no issues.

Solid 10 - my Jeep got me into wrenching on my own, makes me smile every time I drive it and, most importantly, it helped me meet a bunch of awesome people (present company included!).

No other car could’ve done this for me!

PS: now, the above refers to my current Jeep; don’t ask me about my tragically lemon-lawed JLUR 4xe

The JL is a great vehicle platform.
Warranty is a joke, and the service departments are stuck telling that joke over and over hoping it becomes funny.
The handling of the clutch issues has been a weird dark spot. Luckily aftermarket has come to the rescue.
So my JLUR was a 4 or 5. Trading to a crank/manual everything JL Sport before all the price hikes hit brought me to a 10.

10 here for me as well, but I can’t say that I will buy the next iteration. My reasoning has nothing to do with my Jeep as I love the capability, look, and performance. I bought exactly what I wanted.

To the above point, I drove a 24 while my Jeep was getting warranty work done and I preferred the exterior and interior style cues of my 21.

Additionally, when I find a vehicle that I like I hold onto it for a long time. I had my last truck for 14 years and intend to keep my Jeep for just as long.

So yeah, my Jeep rocks, but because of that I’m satisfied and have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon.

Not on this forum. Even the Jeep Cares entity ignores users regularly.

9 and 10.
I’ve only owned Jeeps, specifically Wranglers.

I have few complaints. Since the wife and I have 4 Jeeps, it's obvious that I am a Jeep fan and would rate it 9 or 10. The Summit Reserve GC 4Xe is an amzing American idea of a Range Rover. Super wonderful. The Mojave has become my prized daily driver and my JL370 is my offroad machine that I also like to daily drive. Unfortunately, the Grand Cherokee spends more time in the garage because I just plain prefer the Wrangler and Gladiator platforms. Luxury isn't really me I guess.

This should be a multiple response.

I love my Jeep. I have owned 12 of them and this 2023 JT is the best one yet.

But Stellantis/FCA/Jeep, and its dealers, make it very difficult for me to recommend them.

The stuff that comes out my dealer’s mouth is shockingly unethical and unprofessiona. To make matters worse, Stellantis/FCA/Jeep couldn’t care less.

I switched dealers. My new dealer is significantly farther away but a LOT better. Still, their service is not where it needs to be for vehicles costing this much.

I'd have to say it was a #1 from December 2018 when I purchased it, until December 2022, when I lifted it and put 37s on it and started wheeling it in the rocks. Since then, I'm having more fun with it than any other vehicle I've bought, so it's a #10. But I doubt I'd ever buy another one.

I’m at a 7. Multiple Jeep ownership over the years. The jl is a mass produced vehicle in a consumers age filled with careless and greedy big corporations. That being said it is an awesome vehicle, and I got mine at a pretty solid deal (10% under invoice) and even at that price I feel like it was over priced. I’ve gone places with it no other vehicle could take me, so I’m good with it I guess.
