I think the sticker you mention is a zinc shim precisely to avoid the corrosion between dissimilar metals that is the issue with the original setup. in any case, adding more layers in form of paint and 3M is a good idea IMO and I might steal the 3M part which I don’t have yet.

When I checked back in 2022, only the 4xe classified - but essentially if the door jamb sticker says GVWR of 6k lbs or more you’re technically good, IIRC. Don’t take this as tax or accounting adivce by any means though 🤣
