Tuffy security deck for JL Wrangler

I was wondering about this as well. I need the security of being able to throw the work backpack (laptop) back there while I run into the store. I’ll have to be okay with hacking my cargo mat up to retain it all. Either way, ordered as soon as it went live. Added the security console and rails for strapping stuff down.

Yea you’ll have to cut the mat. Worth it. Anyone know if they’re giving a forum discount?

There should be a nice gap between the Tuffy and the seatback. I’m thinking that may be a good stow

Perfect thank you aqualung. I called them today and they said load it up! Hence the diamond plate vinyl and cargo tie downs they sell for it.

Looks like the ARB 63 Qt fridge will just fit underneath, or if not maybe on top. (fingers crossed anyway)...

Got my order in. Brian said first week of June should have a new batch of orders out.

I am waiting for someone to let me know....Current exterior specs of the ARB 63 and 37 Qt Fridge have an Height Dimension of 16.9" - thats without rails or an insulation bag. The interior dimensions of the inclosure or 16.85" That 0.05" is the thickness of a dime. Significant enough for it to potentially not work or seal.

Might have to pull the carpet out from under it to get that extra 0.05 back. Would love to know if anyone has tried this. I need to do the same or have a custom enclosure made.

I gave a call to Tuffy and the rep checked and mentioned the engineers did not factor that possibility. Hope someone does have it and confirm it works... Just got my first Jeep and looking forward to add this as it appears to be quite useful.

Unless someone has a pre-production fun, I don’t think many if any have gone out yet. Expected ship date starts next week I think. I’m wondering about the same thing so if I get mine in first, I’ll try and take some pics with deck installed.

I’m also on Wranglerforum and I’m not sure if they’re related. But they have it Quadratec site to preorder and they offer forum discounts when you call or if you contact a rep via forum they send you and order # and you call it in to complete it.
