Did you have to do anything special with your control arms to get the track bar to fit? A month ago, synergy just told me I needed to "adjust my axle position". I'm still not sure how adjustable uppers will help. It looks like my whole axle needs brought back toward the cab, which makes zero sense.
With the Mopar Lift, I set the LCA to 24.4 inches and the UCA to 20.35 inches to get my caster at 6 and the wheel centered in the wheel well with an acceptable pinion angle.

For now until you get it sorted out, just push the bushing towards the rear. You’ll have to take it out because prying on it probably won’t move it . Take a socket the size of the bushing, lay track bar on something solid but leave gap so bushing can move and smack it. May spray it down with blaster or WD beforehand. Tighten set screw and see what happens, if it returns to where it was then maybe the set screw isn’t making tight enough contact or something else in suspension is moving.

Thanks. This is helpful to see everything together. We all want bigger or stronger but you run out of real estate quick down there. I've read several comments about difficulty fitting the through shaft stabilizer even without the attenuator, so that makes sense. I was already worried about that but the diff cover was a new one. That 2" forged end is a half inch bigger around than most aftermarket 1.5" DOM, so I could see that getting tight.

Who'd have thought track bars would be such a pain. I'm about ready to buy something cheap and stick it under there. I just can not get enough clearance with my Synergy one to keep it from rubbing. I keep trying to figure out from pics what is so different on mine that others aren't having the same issue.
yeah, getting aftermarket stuff to work with oem stuff is hard enough, let alone with other aftermarket stuff.

I modified the Yeti tierod end to take the oem damper bracket, at the objections of armchair engineers . I ran the strength calculations before I did it. It was the logical solution. What bothers me is these aftermarket companies not providing a complete solution.

this is just a guess, but they probably don't offer a stock location solution because it is a poor location for the steering stabilizer. Most people relocate it to above the tie-rod after they pancake their stock one off-road.

Yes, I agree. However, when I purchased all the steering components as one order from Northridge 4x4, their staff tech rep seleted a Falcon damper that mounted to the frame trackbar mount and went toward the driver side and clamped to the tierod. There was not enought room for it with the Yeti draglink attenuator. I wanted to buy all one brand, but SteerSmarts didn't offer a damper nor recommend one when I purchased all of this last year. I have to say Northridge did credit me even after an extended number of months of it laying in my garage.
My solution cost me nothing and is working for me. If I damage it, I'll look for another solution.

By the way, your installation interests me, since it look like it's still over on the passenger side. That would keep it away from the attenuator on the draglink. Can you show another picture of the attachment to the axle?

Quietpeen has it set up in the traditionally located spot. One side attached to a relocation bracket right in front of the axle side track bar mount (on the passenger side) and the other end attached to the tire rod via a split clamp. I have the same Fox TS stabilizer and I used the steer smarts double-sheer bracket and clamp relocation kit. Worked great with the steer smarts tie rod, drag link, and front track bar. Just have to orient the clamp hardware a certain way to not contact anything.

Thanks. What's important to my issue is that the attenuator on the draglink and trackbar don't allow enough room for a damper. So, the damper has to be way over to the passenger side.

Seeing that pic just reminded me that I need to drill that additional hole for the double sheer mount. Hasn't been an issue, but better safe than sorry. I got the JL version with the differential mounting bracket attached and damn was that bolt a bitch to break free so I could attach the tie rod clamp. It was wee hours at that point and I never followed up with that drilling. So, thanks for the reminder

Thank you for this picture. That mounting of the damper would not clear my draglink w/attenuator and the trackbar. That setup is slightly further toward the driver side than what I had tried.

It seemed like a good idea to get the attenuator when I bought it. Then it became a limitation. I have it working. Unless something goes wrong, I'm going to keep it with the stock damper in the stock position.

You want to dial in all the threads on the bushing side. Use the pinch bolt side to adjust.. you're making the bar weaker.

Can the Yeti, Teraflex and Synergy all be adjusted while on the vehicle? Seems like the Yeti Pro is the one that comes with the poly bushings (that may have long term wear issues) and the regular one comes with rubber? If that is the case, it seems like they all are pretty comparable am I right?

I installed the Rancho track bar about a month ago and it was a night and day difference. I had major vibration coming through the steering wheel took it to the dealer and they blamed it on the 2.5" spacer lift, typical dealer blaming it on an aftermarket part!
You still running the rancho track bar?
