No I didn't do it all at once. I installed the Synergy Front Lower adjustable control arms when I installed my spacer lift. The bolts that hold them to the jeep are the ones that get torqued to 190 ft. lbs (the pinch bolt gets torqued to 90 ft. lbs.) I also Installed a new track bar at the time of lift to recenter the axle. I had that setup with 35's for a while and all was good. I then got new wheels and 37's and all seemed good till one day I hit the right hole and got death wobble. From there I replaced the drag link and it did not fix it. I got the tires road force balanced and that seemed to help. Right after that I replaced the tie-rod and steering stabilizer and so far have not had death wobble.

as for adding caster........yes you should do whether its upper or lower adjustable control arm. Even if you are not lifted since you have a rubicon and its at around 4.7 from the factory
Thank you! This is very helpful!

The Yeti seems to be the most popular? Any feedback from Yeti owners? Any concerns with the rubber bushings verse some of the other poly bushings or jonny joints style?

Yeti has a poly bushing option but all that means is you pay more and get the regular track bar that you have to press out the rubber bushings and press in the poly bushings.

It looked like they even sell seperate. So in theory, in X years when the rubber wears out, you could swap to poly if you wanted, Right?

I bought Metal Cloak because of the quality of the hardware. It came in a couple of days ago and it is a beast. 3/8" thick walled chrome moly and full welds throughout. It dwarfs the OEM Rubicon stuff.

The SteerSmarts Yeti Pro has the poly bushings as manufactured. That's what I have and I'm happy with it.

Any issue with Yeti clearing an aftermarket diff cover? I was talking to someone online last night that said he had to remove his because there wasn’t enough clearance for his new steel diff cover. I’ve heard some say the clamps can be tricky but he said it was the actual size of the 2” bar that was the issue. ‍♂

I went with the Synergy front and rear track bars along with the front upper and lower control arms to get the caster in spec and the wheels centered in the wheel well.

I have the stock diff cover, so I don't know . I also installed the SteerSmarts draglink with the attenuator. The attenuator is basically a bidirectional spring to absorb the shock from a tire impacting something sideways, so it doesn't break steering components. Between these two parts, I was unable to install a steering damper on the center-left side like other components might accomodate. If I had bought the draglink without the attenuator, I could have installed the damper between them. Instead, I had to put the damper in the stock right side location.

The picture below shows a Falcon damper between the yeti trackbar and draglink w/attenuator. It just doesn't have enough room for suspension articulation and full steering movement.

Thanks. This is helpful to see everything together. We all want bigger or stronger but you run out of real estate quick down there. I've read several comments about difficulty fitting the through shaft stabilizer even without the attenuator, so that makes sense. I was already worried about that but the diff cover was a new one. That 2" forged end is a half inch bigger around than most aftermarket 1.5" DOM, so I could see that getting tight.

Who'd have thought track bars would be such a pain. I'm about ready to buy something cheap and stick it under there. I just can not get enough clearance with my Synergy one to keep it from rubbing. I keep trying to figure out from pics what is so different on mine that others aren't having the same issue.

Did you have to do anything special with your control arms to get the track bar to fit? A month ago, synergy just told me I needed to "adjust my axle position". I'm still not sure how adjustable uppers will help. It looks like my whole axle needs brought back toward the cab, which makes zero sense.
