There's plenty of owners out here that are going to echo these comments and plenty of other owners that are gonna be like "So what? Get over it". I know the market is insane and Jeep is going full send on production to make orders happen, but sacrificing quality to make it happen isn't good either. I hate to say it but, @JeepCares this is the kind of rushed work that is getting skipped in production and pissing owners off.
Brand New 392 with less than 300 miles on the chassis.

For argument sake, yes, it's Litebrite's new build on a brand new 392. In fairness though, how many owners have experienced the same kind of failings in QC from Jeep lately? Between paint that's bubbling on the body to skimping on proper corrosion prevention, this sort of laziness is obnoxious and unacceptable to see in a product that can cost anywhere from $30,000 all the way north of $95,000. I've seen Kia's with less rust than this after 80,000 miles.

Am I crazy or is this just part of the whole "well, it's a Jeep so get used to it" experience? I'm thankful my 4xe has been relatively rust free since I ordered it, but this is getting ridiculous for a model that retails just shy of 80 grand.

Chrysler factory workmanship is not something warranty covers or dealer workmanship.

so if fuses are loose, plug ins are not plugged in and drain your battery its not warranty,
and sometimes missing trim from the factory will not be covered and you pay out of pocket.

It is because most have become complacent! Oh well I can't get an appointment to have the 4wd service message looked at for 3 weeks. Or you take it in and they clear the code and tell you... all fixed and you drive off the lot and back on it comes. I thought the warranty was for them to actually find out why the code keeps popping up, not to just clear it! Dealers service techs(not all) but most just do not care and they get that sentiment from the top brass.....bubbles at the door hinges, hood and door edge are a perfect example.

It's not just a Jeep thing that we should tolerate. However most of the manufacturing world is turning out products that cut too many corners and QC checks. Our world has slowly become more disposable consumption. Cars are no exception to that
Exactly and then some. It’s all about the bottom line…almighty dollar. How to do more and make more with less. Less quality folks which trickles down to less quality parts and so on. What’s really scary is this is across the board in all business realms to include aviation.

What irritates me is seeing the effort put into hiding cutesy Easter eggs all over instead of just basic QC.

I don’t give a damn about a Jeep silhouette scrolling across the odometer. I sure would like it if the auto locking for the doors behaved consistently.

Etc…

Sadly manufacturing quality control is non existent across the board. Look at the RV forums, 300K+ motorhomes being built shoddily. The auto industry has been at it much longer and should have the process down so, no we shouldn't be OK with some of the problems. Are they still having problems with seated fuses - every one of the fuses on my '21 was not fully seated. It's a little thing like that that gets exponential down the line. The steering box took too long to correct and I think they still have a class action lawsuit going. Look at Ford and the Bronco - the hard top, the 2.7 engine failures, the brakes not working when being towed behind and RV. No idea where actual quality control went - I think it cover your ass control more than anything else!

People act like this is something new. Jeep has not exactly been known for quality workmanship for quite some time. The early JLs had weld issues. All model years are plagued with thin/missing paint. The 3.6 has rocker issues. We keep buying them so why would they change anything?

i wish that was the case and i was incorrect and hopefully i am.
however jeep dealership just took my dash apart and found some connections unhooked. i can assure you i never took my dash apart and my jeep is 9 months old so age did not affect them "falling out"
the warranty coverage was denied and i had to pay them so they could charge the battery, tow it, check the alternator. they plugged them back in and the problem went away.
i have 1 last option, i was told to call this jeep waive customer care center and tell them what happened, and give them the name of the dealerships i bought my jeep from and the jeep repair dealerships.
they said they will vouch it was not customer related and it was not dealer related it was factory not plugging in most likely.

A lack of quality control, has been a issue in the auto industry for many years. They have a tendency to look at mass production, push them out the door for sales, rather then spend more time on the quality. This also apples to most of what one buys. We have a new refrigerator, and have had 6 service calls on it and it still doesn’t cool right. In many cases, it really doesn’t seem to matter where the product originates from, and or where it is assembled.

You said I was incorrect, now your saying dealer is incorrect.
My goodness which 1 is it!

Anywho this dealership manager i am talking to has been very nice and trying to help that's why I'm supposed to call that number tomorrow and tell them what's happening and give the names of the service manager in hopes they can refund it cause warranty won't because there was no broken part, just unhook connectors.

The email states you have aftermarket accessories installed. What was installed?

i have a winch and rear bumper lights however they tested for drain and it passed and was not the culprit.
i should add that the winch is not hooked up to the battery unless i go to the off road park; the lights i never use they came with the bumper. they are hooked up but can not accidentally be bumped on.
plus i get home at 4 in the morning so i would notice led lights on or dash lights on.
