The dreaded JB freeze

Checked with Jeep Care Live Chat,

I am told it’s still in JB status. I asked if there is estimated time for shipping and etc, the Jeep Care person said no idea and reminded me it has only been in JB status for 8 days.

In JB. Ordered 7/2. Talked to chat today and they said I've been in JB for 6 days and it typically lasts 14. I asked specifically about the dual top group and LED (both of which I have) and they said nothing to do with that but the stage just takes on average 14 days.

Glad to hear that. I'm still stuck in JB jail. 11 days and counting...

Hopefully soon for you. I think mine was about 12 days in JB.

How did you get such detailed information? According to Jeep (on phone) - I'm in JB Status - at Body Vendor. I don't know any more than that.

On the JeepGarage tracking it still shows D1, but I did get a Build Sheet.

Dealer says I'm in good shape, but hasn't provided any more detail.

Did anyone here order their Jeep with premium soft top without hard top? I'm trying to determine if that's what's keeping it in JB this long.

I'm 3 weeks in JB and I don't have hard top liner on mine, in fact i don't even have a hard top.

Did anyone here order their Jeep with premium soft top without hard top? I'm trying to determine if that's what's keeping it in JB this long.

I have been in "I" pending inspection (according to Jeep Garage Tracking) since 7/22 and I have only the soft top on a two-door Rubicon with a turbo 2.0L motor I have assumed that the motor has been the primary reason for delay...
