How long were you in JB?

4-5 days, but I sat in Inspection before that for 11 days, and before that it took 38 days from my order date to get built so, I’ve had an unusually long wait, almost 2 months now since order date and I’ve got another 3.5 weeks till delivery, so lets call it’ll be about 2.5 months from order date.

I checked today and the Jeep Chat rep said that my order has been in this stage for 5 weeks. They said they could escalate it at six weeks to find out what is going on. Why can’t they all get on the same page? People on here who have had theirs in JB for less time have gotten it escalated. SMH.

Escalation doesn’t seem to do anything. Mine was escalated and I couldn’t get any info from the other department either. Luckily I’m out of JB as of Monday. Good luck.

Moving out of JB is exciting. But after few days you realize you are now stuck in another status and it all starts over. Even when it’s KZ, support seems to be unable to give ETA or even tell you if vehicle is still at the factory or has been shipped. Hang in there.
